Sign up, login, sign in, reset password.

Creating a Stay Luxe account is easy. Go to the Stay Luxe website and click the profile button in the top right corner.

You can sign in to Stay Luxe using either of the following:

• Email address
• Google account

Sign in

To sign in, go to the Stay Luxe website and select Continue with Google and follow the instructions.

You can also sign in using your email. Enter your email address and follow the instructions to set up a new account, or enter your password to sign in to an existing account.

Create a password

Make sure your Stay Luxe password is secure and different from passwords you use on other websites.

Do:

• Use at least 8 characters
• Use a mix of numbers, upper and lower case letters, and a special character
• Use a long and unique password

Don’t:

• Use common words
• Use a word and number combination (for example “password2”)
• Reuse passwords from other websites

Reset password

To reset your password, go to the Forgot password page. Enter the email address linked to your Stay Luxe account and click Send reset link.

You will receive an email with a reset password link. Open the email and click the button. You will be taken to the account page to choose a new password. Once you have set your new password, you will be prompted to log in to your Stay Luxe account.

If you have not received the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
