How do I message a host?

If you have already made a booking, the host’s contact details will be on your confirmation email or view your booking details:

Go to My Bookings > click on the booking you want to contact the host.

Simply scroll to the bottom of the listing and click “message your host”. Please note you will need to be logged in to your Stay Luxe account.

Why contact a host?

Most of the information 24need to book is on the website, such as sleeping arrangements and amenities. The host manages the home, so for any additional information that is not on the listing, it is best to ask them directly. This can also include arranging a quote for any add-on services.
